Charles Taylor Services have developed a comprehensive insurance policy in association with Integro Insurance Brokers that aims to provide total
security and assurance for your GP Surgery, allowing you to focus on the business of caring for your patients.
Insurance is often purchased simply to satisfy a legal requirement but can it always be relied upon? Our experience suggests that it cannot and we
have seen that GP Surgeries are facing increased exposure to claims from both patients and employees, alongside losses arising out of unpaid computer
or technology claims. We have developed an insurance product alongside one of the UK’s most secure insurance providers, Amlin Plc, which will allow
you to have total confidence that your Practice is fully protected.
Our primary goal was to create a single policy that would cover the basic needs of a GP Surgery. Following extensive research into the pre-existing
products available and subsequent discussions with the UK and London Insurance Markets, we have created a product that reaches far beyond our initial
objective and encompasses all aspects of the operation of your Practice outside of medical malpractice exposures, can be tailored to your exact
requirements and remains robust and reliable in the event that a claim is made.
The application process is extremely simple and takes no more than 2 minutes to complete – all we need are your contact details, the number of
registered patients at your practice and whether you have made any claims in the last three years. Once received, we will be able to generate an
indicative quotation and talk through the many benefits our product will be able to offer. This quote remains valid for three months so it is
almost certainly worth comparing our product with your existing insurance even if it is ahead of your renewal date. Needless to say, your details
remain confidential and will not be passed to any third parties.
Our policy extends to any liability that may be incurred from providing non-invasive treatment such as bandaging and treating wounds, in addition
to covering any health and welfare-related information provided to your patients. This coverage is rarely found under Public Liability or Medical Malpractice insurance.
As part of the broader insurance offering, we also cover Contents and Computer equipment on an “All Risks” basis, Public and Employers’ Liability cover,
Deterioration of Stock, Goods in Transit, Money and Dishonesty of Employees.
Please find our 2 minute application form below – once completed we will be in contact to discuss your quotation further.
